Help real estate agents manage leads and find new prospect while on the go. Surface invaluable insights and details about potential leads as well as clients to help better engage with them at the right moment. Provide a mobile experience that includes most of the key features of the Zap desktop app. Create parity and cohesion between the desktop and mobile experience. In short, the Zap mobile experience will help real estate agent prioritize their work day and be more effective anywhere.
Goal: Redesign dashboard with focus and efficiency
Agents on the go didn’t need all the features available on desktop. In fact, agents reporting “not easy to use” was the biggest factor in a low NPS score, with dashboard, compliance, and follow ups reported as the most common support ticket issues.
From the data and research findings, the team shifted to focus on the immediate day-to-day tasks agents needed to accomplish while on the go (tasks, calls, emails, texts, notes).

Most real estate agents have more prospects than active clients. Only a small percentage of those prospects become active clients. Reaching out to a prospect at the right time can help agents turn them into an active lead. However, reviewing prospects regularly is time-consuming. Zap reduces the real estate agents workload by using AI to manage their prospects.
Zap cuts back on your workload by managing your prospects for you. It reviews the prospects’ activity regularly. When a prospect’s zap score goes up, Zap will surface key insights to reach out to potential clients.
Zap Business: Showing Appointments and Request for Info
Zap puts real estate agents back into the real estate business. An integrated business-management tool means that agents can spend less time on the technology and more time on meaningful activities to engage with prospects and clients.
